Claims & Returns
Please check each shipment immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damages and/or shipment discrepancies should be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All items claimed as defective, plus all original boxes, packaging materials, and tracking labels must be saved until each claim is settled, in case Funky Monkey requires the item to be returned prior to issuing credit, or in case the carrier requires an inspection as part of the audit for damage claim.

Refunds and/or credits for claims and/or shipment discrepancies will be answered and processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days of the initial claims report.

All claims & return requests must be submitted in writing to support@funkymonkeyfa.com and must contain a subject line, "damage claim" or "discrepancy claim" or "return."
